The impoverished nation of Haiti needs our help. There is fear that tens of thousands may be dead due to the devastating 7.0 earthquake, and the full-scale destruction is only beginning to emerge. The American Red Cross estimates 3 million people, a third of the population, may need emergency relief.

Part of our mission as a church is to reach out and help those in need.
If you would like to make a monetary donation, please make your check out to Generations Christian Church and write “Haiti Fund” in the memo line. You can bring your check to church on Sunday and drop it in the designated boxes in The Gathering or drop it off at the church office during weekday business hours.

Most of all we ask that you lift the people of Haiti up in prayer. It has been reported that many of the refugees have been sitting in the streets sobbing or singing hymns.

“You are my refuge and my shield; I have put my hope in Your word.” Psalm 119:114 (NIV)
