The Missions outreach at GCC exists to glorify God by establishing and supporting believers in the faith so they are equipped to reach out to other individuals and organizations that are actively involved in the Lord’s work in the community, throughout the United States, and in foreign countries.
In obedience to the Great Commission, missions outreach serves the congregation by administering regular support to:
Foreign Evangelistic Ministries: Bringing Christ to the world, leadership training and other methods that are directly building the kingdom of God.
Education and Campus Ministries: Bringing Christ to the world by preparing people for ministry and campus houses that emphasize evangelism and Biblical teaching for students.
Local Outreach Ministries: Bringing Christ to the world by sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ verbally combined with acts of kindness. For more information,
Special Projects: Bringing Christ to the world by building interest in world missions in the congregation. One-time gifts to ministries that promote our missions statement.
Short-Term Mission Trips: Bringing Christ to the world by sending adult and youth members of the congregation on well planned and meaningful short-term trips. To download an application for a short term mission trip, click here.
Visiting Missionaries: Throughout the year missionaries visit the congregation and are available to speak to small groups, Sunday school classes, and Bible Study groups.
