Support groups are often led by Christian individuals who they, themselves have undergone recovery through the awesome power of God. For anyone ready to start a new path, types of groups offered at various times are: blended families, divorce care, sexual purity, substance abuse, grief share, post abortion stress healing and more…

Divorce Recovery: Fall class enrollment is closed. Spring class dates to be announced soon. 

Surrendering The Secret: Theme: Healing the Heartbreak of Abortion Facilitated by: Sara Brandt, Jennifer Morgan and Joan Giakoumis -  Length: 8 weeks. A confidential Bible study for women who have had an abortion (no matter how long it has been) in her past. Our mission is to provide a supportive and confidential environment that facilitates healing and restoration led by women who have been there and are now healed! This healing journey is a freeing experience. Oasis: Oasis provides emergency financial support and assists individuals in becoming self-sufficient. Here are a few ways this ministry can help: Financial aid and short-term guidance Budget counseling Directing individuals to other ministries and resources for support and guidance How to apply? Stephen Ministry: A Stephen Minister is a devoted member of GCC who will visit with you as needed, listen, offer resources and referrals, pray with and for you, offering compassion and support. The Stephen Ministry at GCC achieves to extend the love of Christ towards people who may be undergoing a hardship in life.Stephen Ministers reach out to those who are:

  • Hospitalized or confined to their home

  • Grieving a death or a loss

  • Separated or divorced

  • Seriously ill

  • Lonely, depressed

  • In a job crisis

  • Facing life transitions (moving, career, relationships, etc.)

  • Struggling in their faith
